When a customer's cart is close to a free shipping threshold (e.g. £30), a small round-up donation can push the subtotal over and accidentally trigger free shipping -- costing the merchant on delivery fees.

We should add a Shopify Function (delivery customization or cart transform) that automatically excludes Patron's donation product from shipping rate calculations, so round-up donations never interfere with a store's shipping rules.
